75 squat pulses
Day Three:
60 Second Plank, 60 Second Side Plank on each side.
20 Push-ups
20 Lemon squeezes
45 Bicycle crunches
100 squat pulses
Day Four: 
90 Second Plank, 90 Second Side Plank on each side.
25 Push-ups
25 Lemon squeezes
55 Bicycle crunches
125 squat pulses
Day Five:
120 Second Plank, 120 Second Side Plank on each side.
30 Push-ups
30 Lemon squeezes
65 Bicycle crunches
150 squat pulses

Plank for as long as you can.
